• Client Data (Restricted): Historical financial statements and fee data provided under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for the purpose of audit and cost-modelling.

• To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us (Data Processing & Fee Audit).
• To provide you with information or services that you request from us.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.

• Contract: To fulfill the terms of our Data Analysis Service Agreement.

5. DATA SECURITY & STORAGE We utilize enterprise-grade encryption and secure servers located within the United Kingdom and Switzerland. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data with third parties. Important Notice: Sentinel Fee Oversight Ltd is a data analytics consultancy. We do not hold client funds, we do not act as a custodian, and we do notprocess payments on behalf of third parties.
